Moment of Truth
I stood still. The light drizzle had steadily developed into a light shower and it definitely did not seem the the rain god were looking to close shop for a while. But the raging weather was the least of our worries. For once in my life I would never ever be able to describe what was the exact thought in my mind at that precise moment. Or rather which one was the one moment I was trying to pin point. It wasn't like a whole lot of time we had spent together in a very long long time. But did it matter after all these years apart?
The next thing I know is the warm feel of our lips on each other and our wet bodies embracing each other, as we stumbled into the back seat of SUV. My hands started exploring the once quite familiar terrain of her body. Not much had changed in the past few years. In fact I found it much more toned down then the last time. But the details could be delved into later. As my lips left her mouth and I lowered myself, I could not stop myself from showering the kisses on the neck and right down to her cleavage. She frantically started unbuttoning my shirt, well at least she tried for the first couple but her desperation had the better of her as she tore them apart and closed in on me. The lips touched yet again. I could sense our bodies wanting to unite. After all it was 4 long years. As we struggled with our clothes, I don't remember either of us taking such a short time to undress. As our eyes met we saw how lonely we were without each other. At that moment it was too unbearable for us to be apart anymore. We clasped each other more tightly as our bodies united in Love.I could feel her wanting more of me from the skin on my back give way as her nails pierced just as the sky opened further and dealt a frightful thunder a bolt of lightening stole its way through in the nick of the moment. However we were too engrossed to worry about anything else. We moved too and fro in the rhythm that set our heart beats racing. It was love that made it possible. If god had granted me a wish right then, I couldn't have asked for anything else then my lady's love. As the pace fastened we panted until we finally exploded into each other and felt the warmth of each others body. The reunion lasted for a full 5 minutes.
We fell back satisfied. No words needed to be spoken. This very moment defined our love for each other. A moment of truth. As she lay there on my chest, I slowly caressed her hair. We couldn't have asked for more. We realized we were subconsciously bound together.
The rain had subsided and a chill had set in. Though it was very quite outside it had a significance of eternal peace to it. Soon we dressed up and started our jorney back home. It was time to start afresh!
