Snuggling by my side
I feel you on my arm
Blissfully asleep
Enjoying the morning calm


With a song on my lip
I awaken with a smile
To realize its a dream
Takes me a while

Glad I am for the sun
That gloriously shone
Had it been the dusk
With darkness you'd be gone


This time my dream
Couldn't take the flight
But then again
It hadn't been my right

I tried and fought
But yet I failed
Still with hopes high
Towards me you sailed

I can't blame life
For making you go away
But can't thank it enough
For bringing you my way

In this life or another
Again we shall meet
